BUILT-IN MOTOR CONTROL UNIT

The integrated design includes a direct bus bar connection to an enhanced Albright contactor, offering built-in low-current fuse circuit protection, integrated wiring harness, secured wiring and upgraded connectors to deliver increased motor efficiency and durability.

TUNED 5.7HP 12V MOTOR

The purpose-built series-wound motor powers the 4-stage gearbox, resulting in faster line speeds at lower current draws.

4-STAGE GEARBOX

The 171:1 Ratio gearbox features hardened steel gearing for improved load distribution, maximum strength and durability.

ZERO DRAG BRAKING SYSTEM

The gearbox-mounted brake provides 100% load holding and the capacity for powered unspooling, under no load, without any damage to the winch.

EASY TURN CLUTCH HANDLE

The 90-degree turn handle is simple to operate, especially in tighter fitment locations.

ROBUST CONSTRUCTION

Lightweight aluminium alloy housings and a one-piece bridging plate are structurally designed and finished with a durable pretreated satin powder coat.

With multiple mounting options, the versatile COVERT winch is prewired and has preset clutch positioning to suit most common bull bars.

DUAL CONNECTION 2.4GHz WIRELESS CONTROL

Increased reliability with greater wireless range through a secure 2.4GHz wireless remote and resin-encapsulated IP68-rated receiver. Witness a stronger wireless signal with up to 40m range. Plus a 5m cable for a direct wired connection.

POWER ISOLATION SWITCH

Standard inclusion of a 500-amp isolation switch with multiple universal mounting brackets, stainless lanyard and dust cover.

HIGH SPEC POWDER COAT
