12-Month Manufacturing Warranty
Bushwakka Awnings are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper use (wind damage, incorrect storage bag use, incorrect closure and storage of canvas, etc.).
- Damage caused by incorrect installation and/or unauthorised modification made to the product.
- Damage caused by mould, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, accidents, and fair wear and tear.
- Costs/charges associated with removing, reinstalling, and any other expenses involved are the responsibility of the customer/claimant.
Bushwakka advise against erecting your awning in windy, gusty, or stormy weather conditions to avoid damage, as such damage will not be covered under this warranty.
Although Bushwakka awnings are designed to be freestanding, please be aware that wind gusts can be highly unpredictable. For your safety and the longevity of your awning, we strongly recommend using legs, tie-downs, guy ropes, and pegs during its operation.
